    Thanks a lot for this video, guys! You encouraged me to lift heavier weights. Was using 1kg dumbbells (which I could barely feel) and switched to 5kg dumbbells-which are now beginning to feel light now that I've done a couple of your dumbbell workouts. This is my longest dumbbell video ever and tbh, I was a bit scared to attempt it and not finish it. But thanks to your other videos, I was able to finish this with a lot less difficulty (which might be yet another sign to lift even heavier 😂). Congratulations on the latest addition to your family.
